A lot of things had been happening in my life these past few days.  Good things, bad things.  For all these, I am thankful.  It doesn’t matter if my life is good or bad.  It doesn’t matter whether certain circumstances happen against me or in my favor. I am comforted with the thought that these things happened because You allow them to, and even when things are bad, there is a reason why you let it happen.  It can be there to teach me something or to test my faith.  Either way, I know that You are there always.  You will never leave me, regardless.

There are times when I feel scared of the things to come.  Times when I fear what tomorrow will offer me.  Times when I just want to sit in a corner and cry.  I sometimes doubt if this is what You want me to be or if this is what you want me to do.  I know, I can make wrong decisions.  I know that I can be foolish sometimes.  I know that not everything I do will be right.  But I believe that You will be there with me, in every step of the way - whether the road is bumpy or straight, it doesn’t matter.

Sometimes, I am lost but I know You never stop until You find me.  There are a lot of things that You have given me even if I didn’t ask for them.  There are things that I ask for that You never give me or things that you ask me to wait for.  There are times when I ask You why things happen and why I get hurt.  There are times when I want to distance myself from You.  Yet, you are there.  Never really go far from me.  You are just there, waiting for me to return to you and call Your name.

My life can be tough.  There will be a lot of bumps in this road I take - or the road where You put me in.  People may hate me, try to pull me down.  But I have learned that this doesn’t really matter.  As long as You are here beside me, as long as I walk with you, nothing can go wrong.  Even when things go wrong, You will help me make things right.  If God is with me, who can be against me?  I know You are there, be my guide, my protector, my God.
