Sigh… well, what can I say. I just feel so blessed by God. I went to Baguio this weekend to accompany my bestfriend in college. I took this chance to travel and get away from all the things here in Manila. I took this chance to think about myself and bond with my old friends. It was amazing how therapeutic it had been to have a good company with you. I knew that if my ex and I are still together, I will not have the chance to experience this.

Now, my goal is to travel…hopefully, on my own, to places where I have never been. I can imagine myself, walking alone by the shore. Just feeling the breeze against my face. Worrying about nothing. Just feeling God’s blessings and letting God’s love fill my heart. Or, in the midst of pine trees, just sitting in a bench and reading a book.  The mp3 is playing my favorite music…. How I love the feeling of serenity. Solitude brings that blissful feeling and I feel at peace. I long for that moment and I know I will get there. I’m beginning to love being single. I love to be free.
