I’ve held so many hearts,
Have them all in my hands,
I could sing so many songs,
I could travel for so long,
I could speak all these words
And gain the whole world
Funny how i posses these things,
and take hold of life’s blessings,
Yet I couldn’t have one thing
that only you can bring..

I could reach for the stars,
yet would mean nothing.
I could win a thousand war,
yest i end up losing…
For what joy would ut bring,
If i posses all these things.
In my heart you’re the only one.
What good will it do,
If i haven’t got you?
For my life revolves in love
and my love is… You

Found this poem in a friendster forum.  It is really inspiring.  How I wish someone will feel the same for me.

God, please give me a grateful heart even in the midst of adversities. You have given me more than what I have asked for and in spite of my pain, I knew that this happened for a purpose. You have always been there for me and saved me from things that will hurt me. You have given me far better than what I can imagine. Thank you for loving me though I do not deserve your love.

An Angel says, “Never borrow from the future. If you worry about what
may happen tomorrow and it doesn’t happen, you have worried in vain.
Even if it does happen, you have to worry twice.”

1. Pray

2. Go to bed on time.

3. Get up on time so you can start the day unrushed.

4. Say No to projects that won’t fit into your time schedule, or that
will compromise your mental health.

5. Delegate tasks to capable others.

6. Simplify and unclutter your life.

7. Less is more. (Although one is often not enough, two are often too many.)

8. Allow extra time to do things and to get to places.

9. Pace yourself. Spread out big changes and difficult projects over
time; don’t lump the hard things all together.

10. Take one day at a time.

11. Separate worries from concerns . If a situation is a concern, find
out what God would have you do and let go of the anxiety . If you
can’t do anything about a situation, forget it .

12. Live within your budget; don’t use credit cards for ordinary purchases.

13. Have backups; an extra car key in your wallet, an extra house key
buried in the garden, extra stamps, etc.

14. K.M.S. (Keep Mouth Shut). This single piece of advice can prevent
an enormous amount of trouble.

15. Do something for the Kid in You everyday.

16. Carry a Bible with you to read while waiting in line.

17. Get enough rest.

18. Eat right.

19. Get organized so everything has its place.

20. Listen to a tape while driving that can help improve your quality of life.

21. Write down thoughts and inspirations.

22. Every day, find time to be alone.

23. Having problems? Talk to God on the spot.. Try to nip small
problems in the bud. Don’t wait until it’s time to go to bed to try
and pray.

24. Make friends with Godly people.

25. Keep a folder of favorite scriptures on hand.

26. Remember that the shortest bridge between despair and hope is
often a good “Thank you Jesus.”

27. Laugh.

28. Laugh some more!

29. Take your work seriously, but not yourself at all.

30. Develop a forgiving attitude (most people are doing the best they can).

31. Be kind to unkind people (they probably need it the most).

32. Sit on your ego.

33. Talk less; listen more.

34. Slow down.

35. Remind yourself that you are not the general manager of the universe.

36 . Every night before bed, think of one thing you’re grateful for
that you’ve never been grateful for before. GOD HAS A WAY OF TURNING
THINGS AROUND FOR YOU. “If God is for us, who can be against us?”
(Romans 8:31)
My instructions were to send this to four people that I wanted God to
bless and I picked you. I decided to send it to more than four,
because I didn’t want to limit blessings.

  • just lookingNo human relation gives one possession in another - every two souls are absolutely different. In friendship or in love, the two side by side raise hands together to find what one cannot reach alone.
  • The reality of the other person is not in what he reveals to you, but in what he cannot reveal to you. herefore, if you would understand him, listen not to what he says but rather to what he does not say.
  • Now let us play hide and seek. Should you hide in my heart it would not be difficult to find you. But should you hide behind your own shell, then it would be useless for anyone to seek you. A woman may veil her face with a smile.
  • He who would understand a woman, or dissect genius, or solve the mystery of silence is the very man who would wake from a beautiful dream to sit at a breakfast table.
  • When a man’s hand touches the hand of a woman they both touch the heart of eternity.
  • Many a woman borrows a man’s heart; very few could possess it. f you would possess you must not claim.
  • Every man loves two women; the one is the creation of his imagination, and the other is not yet born.
  • Men who do not forgive women their little faults will never enjoy their great virtues.
  • Love that does not renew itself every day becomes a habit and in turn a slavery.
  • Lovers embrace that which is between them rather than each other.
  • “Love - which is God - will consider our sighs and tears as incense burned at His altar and He will reward us with fortitude. Good-bye, my beloved; I must leave before the heartening moon vanishes.”
  • It is something that gathers strength with patience, grows despite obstacles, warms in winter, flourishes in spring, casts a breeze in summer, and bears fruit in autumn — I found Love
  • I have a little heart within me

And I like to bring him out of his prison and carry him on the palm of my hand
To examine him In depth and extract his secret.
Aim not your arrows at him

  • My mind is filled, but my heart is empty;

My body is old, but my heart is an infant.
Perhaps in youth my heart will grow,
But I pray to grow old and reach the moment of my return to God.
Only then will my heart fill!

  • Gifts alone do not entice me;

Parting does not discourage me;
Poverty does not chase me;
Jealousy does not prove my awareness;
Madness does not evidence my presence.   - Songs of Love

I was browsing the internet and found this rather inspirational words from Mother Theresa:

People are often unreasonable,
irrational, and self-centered;
Forgive them anyway.

If you are kind, people may accuse
you of selfish, ulterior motives;
Be kind anyway.

If you are successful, you will win some
unfaithful friends and some genuine enemies;
Succeed anyway.

If you are honest and sincere
people may deceive you;
Be honest and sincere anyway.

What you spend years creating
others could destroy overnight;
Create anyway.

If you find serenity and happiness,
some may be jealous;
Be happy anyway.

The good you do today,
will often be forgotten.
Do good anyway.

Give the best you have,
and it may never be enough;
Give your best anyway.

In the final analysis,
it is between you and God;
It was never between you and them anyway.
